1. How Often Do We Update? New shipment comes in every 2-4 weeks and we update our stocks on the site daily.
2. Can you provide more measurements? The measurements on the site are all that's available.
3. Is there any other sizes? While most designs are free-size, there are designs that are M size. We do take in S or L size by demand, do contact us at dress.only@gmail.com to order!
4. Will you restock the designs? As much as possible, we'll try to bring back hot sellers but dresses availability are limited at our suppliers side too. So if you see something you like, grab it quick! =)
5. Is there any additional charges? All prices on Dress Only are nett and inclusive of normal postal charges.
6. How can I make payment? Currently, we only accept iBanking/ATM Transfer, or concealed cash at your own risk. Account details and mailing address will be provided upon confirmation.
7. How can I receive my dresses? All normal postage are borne by Dress Only, and will be mailed via SingPost. Meetup can ONLY be done at Yishun MRT, at our convenience. Buyers can opt for Registered Mail at an additional charge of $2.
8. How long will it take for me to receive my dresses? All dresses sold at Dress Only are instocks and orders will be mailed out within 24 working hours upon payment. Orders with payment in before 3pm on weekdays will receive their dresses within 1-2 working days.
9. Do you supply? No, we do not currently supply or wholesale dresses.
